Keep kids busy on long trips by making these activity books. Add coloring book pages, mazes, Bingo pages (see our Auto Bingo pages), lined paper and blank paper to a three-ring notebook.
What you'll need:
- Printable activities (see below)
- Printer
- Printer paper
- 3 ring notebook
- 3 hole punch
- Colored pencils or Colors-in-Motion (see tips)
How to make it:
- Print desired pages.
- 3 hole punch pages.
- Insert in 3 ring notebook.
- Supply plenty of colored pencils or Colors-in-Motion (see below) for variety.

Tips:
The Colors-in-Motion worked well on our trip to a hot humid climate and did not melt in our vehicle. Colors-in-Motion look like colored pencils in individual plastic tubes that you twist up as you need more lead. We purchased these at our local Wal-Mart and I believe some dollar type of stores may carry them as well.
