Parental supervision is recommended

Surprise Dad this Father's Day with this funky felt billiards clock, ideal for a rec room.
What you'll need:
- 1 large piece of green felt
- 1 large piece of gold or tan felt
- 1 small piece of black felt
- 1 small piece of red felt
- 1 small piece of orange felt
- 1 small piece of blue felt
- 1 small piece of white felt
- Black marker
- Tacky glue
- Scissors
- 1 piece of corrugated cardboard large enough for the
whole clock to fit on - 1 set of clockworks (make sure they are the appropriate
size for your clock)
How to make it:
- Cut the green felt into a large rectangle. (You can trace around a box if you want.)
- Cut the gold or tan felt into a rectangle as well. Make it 2-3 inches wider and longer than the green rectangle.
- Glue the green felt in the middle of the gold/tan rectangle.
- Cut out circles from the black, red, orange, and blue felt for the billiard balls.
- Cut out four small circles from the craft foam.
- Write the numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12 on the four small white circles with the black marker.
- Glue the white circles onto the four colored circles.
- Glue the circles into the appropriate places on the green felt.
- Center the whole clock onto a piece of cardboard. Make sure the cardboard is a little bit smaller than the clock.
- Glue it in place on the cardboard.
- Fold the extra felt around the sides of the cardboard and glue.
- Using sharp scissors, cut a hole in the middle of the clock through all three layers (felt and cardboard).
- Install the clockworks into the clock.
- Give to Dad and let him enjoy!
