Whether for school or as a party favor, this Clown Pencil Topper paper craft is a surefire hit!
What you'll need:
- 2 pipe cleaners (chenille stems), any color
- 2 Confetti clown faces
- Wire cutters
- Tacky glue
How to make it:
- Cut pipe cleaners in half. Set aside extra pieces for another project.
- Twist the two pipe cleaners together.
- Glue a clown face on each side of the chenille stem.
- Twist around the top of your pencil.
Tips:
Make these up and give them to your friends to celebrate a new year at school, or give them as a birthday party favor. You can easily change the theme by choosing from the large variety of confetti that is available.
