Bring Fall into your home by creating your own colorful paper leaves. Kids can even decorate their classroom with this simple craft

What you'll need:

  • Fallen leaves (we used white oak and sugar maple)
  • Pen or marker
  • Construction paper in assorted colors (red, orange, yellow, brown, green)
  • Scissors
  • Tape

How to make it:

  1. Take a stroll to look for various types of leaves.
  2. Trace the leaves on red, yellow and orange construction paper (or other colors of your choice).
  3. Cut out the various leaves that you've traced out.
  4. Tape them on windows, doors or anywhere you'd like to add beautiful autumn colors.

Tips:

Keep and store the leaves you've made in a manilla envelope so you can add to them next year!
