Firefighter Costume

Send a future hero out for Halloween in this firefighter costume. Kids love this craft because it gives them a costume to play in long after Halloween is over.
What you'll need:
- Firefighter plastic hat
- Solid color raincoat (stripes are okay)
- Galoshes
How to make it:
- You can put any color shirt on because it will not show if you button the coat.
- Put on the galoshes, raincoat, and firefighter hat and you're ready for Halloween! If it rains, you'll be the driest trick-or-treater out there!
Tips:
I have seen inexpensive firefighter hats at party supply stores, but the more durable ones are found at toy stores.
We did cut off the end of a garden hose for him to carry around, but I ended up carrying it.
