Turn your Christmas tree into a sweet treat with this homemade ice cream cone kid's ornament made with a real sugar cone.

How to make it:

1. Glue a 3-4" diameter red satin ball ornament to a sugar cone.
2. Add cotton around juncture between cone and ball and on top of ball with glue. Let dry.
3. Use hanger from satin ball extending through cotton fluff on top to hang from tree. (Can use a piece of yarn or ornamental string or ribbon for hanger also.)

Tips:

Tacky Glue is better for crafts than hot glue, which kids can easily get hurt using; it's thicker and tackier than Elmer's Glue and dries quickly.
