1. Decorate empty toilet paper tubes in a variety of ways.
2. Paint or spread glue over them and cover with pieces of torn tissue paper or glitter. (When using the tissue paper, brush a thin layerv over the top of each strip of paper so it will fully stick to the tube (much like traditional decoupage).
3. Stand the tube on its end and let it dry thoroughly. Your child can now add bright stickers.
