What you'll need:

  • Two 1-inch wooden craft beads
  • One-inch flat button
  • Fatter half of a plastic egg (Note: Fill-and-thrill eggs work well)
  • Aluminum foil
  • Sequins or craft jewels
  • White craft glue

How to make it:

  1. Glue the two wooden beads together to make the stem for the cup.
  2. Glue the beads stem to the button to make the base for the cup.
  3. Glue the bottom of the plastic egg half to the top of the bead stem to make the bowl of the cup.
  4. Cover the entire cup with aluminum foil.
  5. Secure any loose ends with a tiny dab of glue.
  6. Decorate the outside of the cup with sequins or craft jewels.

Tips:

Add some color and intrigue. Make the cup look like it is full of wine by wrapping the small candies in red tissue paper.
