Springy Worms
Difficulty: Very Easy
Age: 3 and up
Recycled strips torn from computer paper become wiggly springy worms with this super-easy kids craft.
If you don't have computer paper with the preferated edges, you can also make worms from cut strips of paper that are taped together.

What you'll need:
- Tractor-fed paper edges
- Scrap paper
- Crayons or felt-tip pens
- Scissors
- Glue
How to make it:
- Tear off edges from three continuous sheets of pin fed computer paper so that you have two long strips of paper.
- Hold one strip in each hand and bring the ends together at a 60 degree angle, right end on top of left end.
- Fold left strip over right strip.
- Fold right strip over left strip.
- Fold right strip over left strip.
- Keep folding in the pattern of steps 3-5 until strips are used up. Your worm is complete!
- Optional: Add a paper face to the front of the worm. Cut out a paper face, color it and glue to one end of your worm.
