What you'll need:
- Green long-sleeve shirt
- Brown pants
- Sneakers
- Yellow poster board
- Black permanent
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Black make-up
How to make it:
- Trace a hole a bit smaller than the perimeter of your child’s face in the center of the yellow poster board (see image).
- Draw petals all the way around, then cut out. Cut out the center for her face (see image).
- Using your permanent marker, draw in lines to form layered petals on the poster board.
- Dress your child in the long-sleeve green shirt, brown pants, and sneakers. Place the flower on your child’s face, and adjust the size by removing it and cutting wedges out until it fits perfectly in front or in back of her ears. Starting small ensures that not too much is cut at the beginning.
- Using black make-up, dot little "seeds" onto her face (see image).
Tips:
- You may want to use brown make-up all over her face before dotting on the seeds.
- Brown shoes would also look cute, since she’ll have on brown pants.
- If it’s a cool night, a green sweat suit would be great and keep her warm!
